It also provides experienced and qualified staff in various aspects of technical control, machinery operations and maintenance as well as specialised technical training for customers. In addition to that, UMW Equipment also offers a range of value-added services to its customers including strong IT infrastructure with online linkage with principals and branches, Competitive Maintenance Service Contract and also machine performance monitoring system such as the Komatsu Komtrax system.
